ELIGIBILITY & REQUIREMENTS

If you're from the US, UK, Canada, Australia, India, China, Japan, or most European countries, you can apply for Azerbaijan e-visa. We accept travelers from over 95 countries for Azerbaijan ASAN visa.

Not sure if your country qualifies? Check our eligible countries page or drop us an email at [email protected].

Planning to apply for Azerbaijan visa? Here's what you need:

Your valid passport. Just a scan of the page with your picture.

Your email address, Azerbaijan travel dates, and where you're staying.

A credit or debit card for payment.

That's it for Azerbaijan visa requirements. No passport photo needed. No embassy visit. Takes about 15 minutes.

Nope. Azerbaijan e-visa doesn't need a separate passport photo. Just upload a clear scan of your passport page. That's all.

Your passport should be valid for at least 3 months after your Azerbaijan visa expires. We recommend 6 months for safe Azerbaijan travel.

Make sure it has one blank page and isn't damaged.

Your passport needs at least 3 months validity beyond your Azerbaijan visa expiration. Better to have 6 months.

If it expires soon, renew it before applying for Azerbaijan e-visa.

Use the passport you'll actually travel with to Azerbaijan. If both qualify for Azerbaijan e-visa, pick the one that's valid longer.

Just remember, the passport you use for your Azerbaijan visa application has to match the one you use at the border.

Yeah, every person needs their own Azerbaijan visa. That includes kids and babies. Parents can fill out Azerbaijan visa applications for children under 18.

If your country's not on the list, you'll need to go through the Azerbaijan embassy or consulate for a regular visa.

Contact the nearest Azerbaijan embassy for help.

PRICING & PROCESSING TIMES

Azerbaijan visa cost depends on how fast you need it:

Standard takes 3 to 5 days and costs $49.99. That's our most popular option. Urgent gets it to you in 24 hours for $89.99. Good for last minute trips.

Super Fast is $109.99 and you'll have your Azerbaijan visa in 3 to 5 hours.

Everything's included. No surprise fees later.

Want extra protection? Add Azerbaijan Visa Protection for $7.99.

Your Azerbaijan visa fee includes everything:

We review your application, check your documents, submit to Azerbaijan authorities, track it, and send your e-visa by email. Plus 24/7 support.

No. What you see is what you pay for your Azerbaijan visa. No hidden charges.

Depends which speed you pick:

Standard takes 3 to 5 business days. Apply Monday, get it Friday.

Urgent takes 24 hours, even on weekends.

Super Fast takes 3 to 5 hours. Same day delivery.

We work on your Azerbaijan visa application 24/7.

Processing times are estimates based on typical Azerbaijan government speed.

We can't guarantee exact times because Azerbaijan authorities do the final processing. Holidays or high volume can affect timing.

But we start on your Azerbaijan visa immediately.

Azerbaijan visa applications around the clock, including weekends and holidays. Azerbaijan government offices might not process on their national holidays, which can add a bit of time.

WHEN TO APPLY

When to apply for Azerbaijan visa depends on your trip:

Using Standard? Apply about a week before you travel to Azerbaijan. That gives you buffer time. Going with Urgent? Apply 2 to 3 days before. You'll get your Azerbaijan visa within 24 hours. Need Super Fast? Apply same day or day before your flight. You'll have it in a few hours. Our advice? Apply for your Azerbaijan visa as early as you can. Less stress that way.

No. You pick your speed when you apply for Azerbaijan visa. Can't change it after. Need faster? You'd have to start over with a new Azerbaijan visa application.

APPLICATION PROCESS

The Azerbaijan visa application form takes about 15 minutes total:

7 minutes to fill out the form, 2 minutes to upload passport, 1 minute to pick speed, 5 minutes to review and pay.

For your Azerbaijan visa application:

Personal stuff like your full name, date of birth, nationality, passport number, gender. Contact info like email and phone.

Travel info like when you're arriving in Azerbaijan, when you're leaving, where you're staying, why you're visiting.

Yeah, someone else can submit your Azerbaijan visa application. Like a travel agent or family member. They just need your info and your okay to do it. You're responsible if anything's wrong though.

Here's what happens with your Azerbaijan visa:

You get payment confirmation right away. We review your stuff and catch any errors. We submit to Azerbaijan government. They process it. You get your approved e-visa by email.

Yep. You'll get immediate payment confirmation, your application reference number, updates by email, and your final approved Azerbaijan visa or rejection notice.

Sure. Email us at [email protected] with your reference number. We'll update you within 24 hours on your Azerbaijan visa status.

Before we submit to Azerbaijan authorities, email us at [email protected] right away. We can fix it for free.

After we submit? Can't change it. You'd need a new Azerbaijan visa application with new fees. Double check everything before you submit your Azerbaijan visa application.

VISA PROTECTION & REFUNDS

Azerbaijan Visa Protection is optional insurance for $7.99. If your Azerbaijan visa gets rejected, you get your money back.

Think of it like insurance for your application.

With protection for $7.99:

Visa approved? You're good to go.

Visa rejected? You get back everything except that $7.99. So you only lose $8 instead of $50 to $110. Without protection:

Visa approved? You're good.

Visa rejected? You lose everything. No refund.

We strongly recommend it.

You're protecting $49.99 to $109.99 for only $7.99. Worth it if you want peace of mind, you're not sure about approval, it's your first time, or you have any concerns.

No. The $7.99 itself doesn't get refunded, no matter what.

Like any insurance, the protection fee covers the risk.

What does get refunded if rejected? Your service fee and government fee.

Nope. You have to buy Azerbaijan Visa Protection when you apply. Can't add it later.

You'll get back your visa fee. That's the $49.99, $89.99, or $109.99. Not the $7.99 protection fee though.

Email us at [email protected] with subject "Refund Request" and include your reference number, rejection notice, and proof you bought protection.

We process it within 15 to 30 days.

Sorry, no refund. Full amount is gone.

That's why we push the protection for $7.99.

Only if you bought Visa Protection, your visa actually got rejected by Azerbaijan, you ask within 45 days, and you gave us accurate info.

No refunds if you didn't buy protection, if it got approved but you didn't travel, if you made errors, or if you try to cancel after submitting.

Email [email protected] with subject "Refund Request" and include your name, reference number, rejection notice, and proof of protection.

Takes 15 to 30 days to process.

Total time is 30 to 50 days from when you ask.

15 to 30 days for review, 5 days for processing, 5 to 10 days for your bank.

Want it faster? Hit up our chat support to speed it up.

Before we submit? Contact us fast. Maybe we can cancel with partial refund.

After we submit? Nope. Can't cancel. Money's gone. Application keeps going.

If your Azerbaijan visa is approved but you don't go, no refund. Service is done.

Plan carefully before you apply.

DOCUMENTS & PHOTOS

Upload a clear scan or photo of your passport page with your picture on it.

Make sure everything's visible, all four corners are in frame, good lighting, in focus, not tilted, and preferably in color.

Yeah. Phone photos work if they're high quality, in focus, well lit, everything's readable, no shadows, and the whole page is visible.

Tips: Use daylight, put passport on a flat surface, hold phone directly above, check it's clear before uploading.

JPG, JPEG, PNG, or PDF.

Max file size is 5MB.

If we see quality issues when reviewing your Azerbaijan visa, we'll ask for a new one.

To avoid delays, check image quality before uploading, make sure text is readable, use good lighting, don't upload blurry stuff.

For tourist Azerbaijan e-visa, just your passport.

For business Azerbaijan visa, you might need invitation letter, company docs, business purpose info. We'll tell you if you need anything else for your Azerbaijan visa.

Your stuff is encrypted, on secure servers, only authorized people see it, auto deleted after we're done, and GDPR compliant.

Your Azerbaijan visa documents are safe.

AFTER SUBMISSION

Payment confirmed, we review it, we submit to Azerbaijan government, they process it, you get your approved e-visa by email.

Your approved Azerbaijan visa comes to your email as a PDF.

Download it, print it out, keep a digital copy on your phone, bring the printed one when you travel.

Yep. Print your Azerbaijan visa.

Airlines want to see it at check in. Immigration at Azerbaijan border needs it. Having it printed avoids tech issues like dead phone.

Keep a digital copy too though.

Check spam, junk folder, promotions folder if you use Gmail, make sure email address was right, wait the full time.

Still nothing? Email us at [email protected] with your reference number. We'll send it again.

Sure. Email [email protected] with your reference number. We'll send your Azerbaijan visa again within 24 hours.

You'll get an email about the rejection, reason if they give one, and info about refunds if you have protection.

With protection, request refund. Without, no refund. You can try again with new fees.

Usually it's incomplete info, bad quality documents, passport about to expire, past immigration problems, security stuff, or not eligible.

Our 99% approval rate comes from catching these before we submit your Azerbaijan visa application.

Yeah. Fix whatever caused the problem, submit new application, pay new fees. Old fees don't come back unless you had protection.

TRAVEL & VALIDITY

Your Azerbaijan visa is good for 90 days from when it's issued.

You can stay in Azerbaijan up to 30 days in a row.

It's single entry to Azerbaijan only.

So if it's issued January 1st, you can enter anytime until March 31st. Stay up to 30 days. Once you leave Azerbaijan, visa's done.

You have to request Azerbaijan e-visa extensions inside Azerbaijan through their State Migration Service. We don't handle extensions.

Apply before your visa runs out, go to their office, bring passport and visa, pay the fee. Not guaranteed they'll approve.

Nope. Azerbaijan e-visa is one entry only. Leave Azerbaijan and it's expired, even if you didn't use all 30 days.

Want multiple entries? Apply for new e-visa each time or get different visa type.

Bring your valid passport, printed Azerbaijan e-visa, return flight ticket, proof of where you're staying. Also smart to have travel insurance, enough money, and contact info in Azerbaijan.

No. Tourist Azerbaijan e-visas are just for tourism. Can't work, do business, or get paid in Azerbaijan. For work, you need business visa or work permit for Azerbaijan.

Staying 15 plus days? Yeah, register with State Migration Service within 10 working days. Staying less than 15 days? No registration needed.

Your hotel in Azerbaijan might help with this.

Nope. Your Azerbaijan e-visa only works for Azerbaijan. Doesn't get you into any other country.

Your passport has to stay valid your whole Azerbaijan trip. If it expires while you're there, you might have trouble leaving.

Make sure it's valid past your departure date from Azerbaijan.

No. Azerbaijan e-visa only works at airports. Baku, Ganja, Nakhchivan, or Gabala. Can't use it crossing from Georgia, Russia, Iran, or Turkey by land.

But here's something useful. You can leave Azerbaijan by land after you fly in. So fly to Baku, then bus to Georgia if you want.

Want to enter by land? Get different visa from Azerbaijan embassy.

Don't overstay. You'll get fined, maybe detained, and might get banned from coming back to Azerbaijan. Your visa gives you 30 days. Need more? Get extension before it expires.

Watch your dates and leave on time.
