By accessing, browsing, or using our website at azerbaijanvisa.cc ("Website", "Service", "Platform") or by submitting a visa application through our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
Disclaimer: Azerbaijan Visa Ltd is a private visa support and processing company and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Government of Azerbaijan or any of its official agencies. Applicants may also apply for a visa directly through the official government website if they prefer.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU MUST NOT USE OUR SERVICES. Your continued use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and any amendments thereto.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to any modification of these Terms, you must immediately cease using our Service.

You must possess a valid passport that:
- Is valid for at least three (3) months beyond the expiration date of the requested visa
- Is in good physical condition
- Has at least one blank page for entry stamp
- Contains a clear, legible biographical data page
We recommend passport validity of at least six (6) months from your intended date of arrival in Azerbaijan.
You agree to comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations in connection with your use of our Service, including but not limited to immigration laws, data protection laws, and anti-fraud regulations.
4. USER ACCOUNT AND INFORMATION
While account creation may not be mandatory for all services, if you create an account, you agree to:

- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
You represent and warrant that all information you provide to us is:

- Termination of service
- Forfeiture of all fees paid (non-refundable)
- Legal consequences
You must notify us immediately of any changes to:

- Your travel plans (dates, accommodation)
- Your passport details (renewal, name change)
- Any other relevant information that may affect your application
By providing your email address and phone number, you consent to receive:
- Service-related communications (application status, updates)
- Administrative communications (receipts, confirmations)
- Promotional communications (with option to unsubscribe)
- Customer service communications
5. SERVICES AND PROCESSING OPTIONS
We offer three processing speed options:
- Processing Time: 3-5 working days
- Service Fee: $49.99 USD (includes government fee)
- Recommended Application Timeline: 5-6 days before travel

Processing times are estimates based on typical processing by Azerbaijan immigration authorities. We cannot and do not guarantee specific delivery times because:
- Final processing is conducted by Azerbaijan government authorities beyond our control
- Government processing times may vary due to volume, holidays, technical issues, or policy changes
- Additional documentation or verification may be requested by authorities
- Unforeseen circumstances may cause delays
Our service fee includes:
- Expert review of application for errors and completeness
- Document verification and quality assessment
- Application submission to Azerbaijan authorities
- Payment of government processing fee
- Email and WhatsApp customer support

Our service fee does NOT include:
- Travel to Azerbaijan (flights, transportation)

- Legal fees if legal representation is required
The government processing fee is a mandatory fee charged by the Government of Azerbaijan for processing e-visa applications. This fee is included in our total price and is paid by us to the government on your behalf.
6. VISA PROTECTION SERVICE
Visa Protection is an optional add-on service available for $7.99 USD that provides enhanced refund coverage in the event of visa rejection by Azerbaijan authorities.
If you purchase Visa Protection and your visa application is officially rejected by the Government of Azerbaijan, you will receive a 100% refund of:
- Our service fee
- The government processing fee
The $7.99 Visa Protection fee itself is non-refundable.
- Financial protection against rejection
- Peace of mind for important travel
- Reduced financial loss if visa denied
- Simple claims process
Visa Protection coverage applies when:
- You have purchased Visa Protection at time of application
- You provided complete, accurate, and truthful information
- You submitted clear, legible, and valid documents
- Your application was submitted in accordance with these Terms
- Your visa was officially rejected by Azerbaijan immigration authorities
Visa Protection does NOT cover:
- Applications cancelled by the applicant (change of travel plans)
- Applications with false, fraudulent, or intentionally misleading information
- Applications with poor quality documents that were not replaced upon our request
- Applications for nationalities not eligible for e-visa
- Applications where the applicant failed to respond to requests for corrections
- Applications submitted outside recommended timelines against our advice
- Rejections due to the applicant's criminal record or security concerns
- Rejections due to previous immigration violations
- Any violations of these Terms and Conditions
To claim a Visa Protection refund:

- Brief explanation of rejection reason (if provided)
2. We will verify:
- Your Visa Protection purchase
- Official rejection by authorities
- Compliance with eligibility requirements
3.Upon approval:
- Refund of service fee + government fee processed within 30 days
- Payment returned to original payment method
- Confirmation email sent
IMPORTANT: Visa Protection provides financial protection but does NOT guarantee visa approval. No service, company, or individual can guarantee visa approval, as all decisions are made solely by the Government of Azerbaijan based on their immigration laws and policies.
7. PAYMENT TERMS
All prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD) and include:
- Our service fee
- Government processing fee
- Any applicable taxes
Visa Protection, if selected, is an additional $7.99 USD.
We accept the following payment methods:
- Visa credit and debit cards
- Mastercard credit and debit cards
- American Express credit cards
All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a third-party payment processor.
By providing payment information, you:
- Authorize us to charge the full amount to your payment method
- Represent that you are authorized to use the payment method
- Agree to pay all charges incurred
- Acknowledge that payment is required before application submission
- Payment is processed immediately upon submission
- You will receive an email confirmation of payment
- No application processing begins until payment is confirmed
- Failed payments will result in application delays
If your bank or card issuer converts the payment to your local currency, exchange rates and conversion fees are determined by your financial institution and are beyond our control.
You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or other governmental charges applicable in your jurisdiction. Our prices include applicable UK taxes where required.
The total price displayed at checkout is the complete amount you will be charged. There are no hidden fees, surcharges, or additional costs unless explicitly stated.
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Price changes will not affect applications already submitted and paid for.
8. REFUND POLICY
If your visa application is officially rejected by the Government of Azerbaijan, you are eligible for a refund according to the following terms:
Without Visa Protection:
- 100% refund of our service fee
- 100% refund of the government processing fee
- Visa Protection fee (if purchased) is non-refundable
With Visa Protection:
- 100% refund of our service fee
- 100% refund of the government processing fee
- The $7.99 Visa Protection fee is non-refundable
- Refund requests must be submitted within 90 days of rejection
- We will review and process refund within 30 days of receiving complete documentation
- Refund will be issued to the original payment method
- Allow 5-10 business days for refund to appear in your account (depending on your bank)
To receive a refund, you must:
- Provide your application reference number
- Submit official rejection notice from Azerbaijan authorities
- Have complied with all Terms and Conditions
- Have provided accurate and complete information
- Have not violated any terms of service
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following situations:
a) Approved Visas Not Used:
- If your visa is approved but you choose not to travel
- Change of travel plans after visa approval
- Personal emergencies preventing travel
b) User Errors:
- False, fraudulent, or inaccurate information provided
- Poor quality or illegible documents that were not corrected
- Failure to respond to our requests for corrections
- Applications for ineligible nationalities
c) User Cancellations:
- Cancellation after application submission to authorities
- Change of mind after payment
- Duplicate applications
d) Violations:
- Violation of these Terms and Conditions
- Fraudulent activity or misuse of service
- Prohibited activities
e) Government Actions:
- Changes in government policy after application
- Government processing delays (not rejections)
- Technical issues on government systems
f) Third-Party Issues:
- Payment disputes or chargebacks
- Bank or card issuer holds
- Currency conversion losses
g) Visa Protection Fee:
- The $7.99 Visa Protection fee is always non-refundable, regardless of outcome
Partial refunds are not available. Refunds, when applicable, are provided as specified in section 8.1.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We cannot issue refunds to different payment methods or to third parties.
Our refund policy covers only the fees paid to us for our service. We are not responsible for and will not refund:
- Airline tickets
- Hotel reservations
- Travel insurance
- Transportation costs
- Lost wages or business opportunities
- Any other consequential or incidental costs
9. USER OBLIGATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
You are solely responsible for:
- Ensuring all information provided is accurate, complete, and truthful
- Verifying that your passport information matches your application exactly
- Providing valid contact information (email and phone number)
- Updating information if changes occur before visa issuance
You must:
- Provide clear, legible scans or photos of your passport
- Ensure all text in documents is readable
- Use acceptable file formats (JPG, JPEG, PNG, PDF)
- Keep file sizes within specified limits (typically 5MB maximum)
- Replace poor quality documents if requested by us
You agree to:
- Respond promptly to our requests for information or corrections
- Check your email regularly for updates and communications
- Provide requested clarifications within the timeframe specified
- Keep your contact information current and accessible
You are responsible for ensuring your passport:
- Is valid for at least 3 months beyond visa expiration (6 months recommended)
- Has at least one blank page for entry stamp
- Is not damaged, torn, or defaced
- Has a clear, legible biographical data page
You should:
- Apply for your visa with adequate time before travel
- Follow our recommended application timeline
- Not make non-refundable travel arrangements before receiving visa approval
- Verify Azerbaijan's entry requirements beyond the visa
You agree to:
- Use your e-visa only for the purpose stated in the application
- Comply with the stay duration allowed (typically 30 days)
- Exit Azerbaijan before your visa expires
- Register with Azerbaijan authorities if staying more than 15 days
- Comply with all Azerbaijan laws and regulations
You may NOT:
- Provide false, fraudulent, or misleading information
- Submit applications for persons you are not authorized to represent
- Use stolen or unauthorized payment methods
- Attempt to circumvent our systems or processes
- Use our service for any illegal purpose
- Impersonate another person
- Submit applications for ineligible nationalities knowing they are ineligible
10. OUR RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
We will:

- Specific processing times (due to government control)
- Entry into Azerbaijan (determined by border officials)
- That government policies will not change
We reserve the right to:
- Correct any errors in your application before submission
- Contact you if we identify issues
- Hold application if critical errors are found
- Request document replacements if quality is insufficient
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM (EXCLUDING THE NON-REFUNDABLE VISA PROTECTION FEE).
We are not liable for:
- Visa rejections by Azerbaijan authorities
- Delays in government processing
- Changes in government policies or requirements
- Errors or omissions by government officials
- Technical issues with government systems
- Entry refusal at the Azerbaijan border
WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Lost profits or revenue
- Loss of business opportunities
- Costs of cancelled flights or hotels
- Loss of data or information
- Cost of substitute services
- Personal inconvenience
We are not responsible for:
- Actions or omissions of third-party service providers (payment processors, hosting services)
- Airlines, hotels, or other travel service providers
- Government agencies or officials
- Internet service providers or telecommunications companies
We shall not be held liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Acts of God (natural disasters, pandemics)
- War, terrorism, or civil unrest
- Government actions, laws, or regulations
- Labor disputes or strikes
- Failures of telecommunications or internet services
- Failures of government computer systems
- Power outages or technical failures
You acknowledge that you are responsible for:
- The accuracy of information you provide
- Your own travel arrangements and planning
- Compliance with all applicable laws
- Your own due diligence regarding travel requirements
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities. In such jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All content on our Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, software, code, functionality, trademarks, service marks, and trade names, is owned by Azerbaijan Visa Ltd or our licensors and is protected by United Kingdom and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

You may NOT:

- Government requirements will not change

f) Any unauthorized use of your account or credentials
g) Your negligence or willful misconduct
We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will cooperate with us in asserting any available defenses.
You may not settle any claim subject to this indemnification without our prior written consent.

16. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Before filing any formal claim, you agree to contact us at [email protected] to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will attempt to resolve disputes in good faith within 30 days of notice.
These Terms and any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or our Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Service shall be brought exclusively in the courts of England and Wales, United Kingdom. You irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue or inconvenient forum.
You agree that any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to our Service must be filed within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arose, or be forever barred.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.
Notwithstanding the above, either party may bring an individual action in small claims court for disputes within that court's jurisdiction.
17. TERMINATION
You may stop using our Service at any time. However, if you have submitted an application, cancellation terms in Section 18 apply.
We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:
- Breach of these Terms
- Provision of false or fraudulent information
- Suspected illegal activity
- Protection of our rights or property
- Protection of other users
- Compliance with legal requirements
Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Service immediately ceases
- We may delete your account and data (subject to legal retention requirements)
- All provisions that should survive termination shall survive (including payment obligations, liability limitations, and dispute resolution)
If we terminate your access due to your violation of these Terms, you will not be entitled to any refund of fees paid.
18. CANCELLATION POLICY
If you wish to cancel your application before we have submitted it to Azerbaijan authorities:

- Partial refund may be provided at our sole discretion
- Processing fees may be deducted if work has already been performed
- Visa Protection fee ($7.99) is non-refundable
Once your application has been submitted to Azerbaijan immigration authorities:
- The application cannot be cancelled or withdrawn
- No refund will be provided for cancellation
- Refunds are only available if the visa is officially rejected (per Section 8)
- Visa Protection fee ($7.99) remains non-refundable
If you need to change your travel dates or other information after submission:
- Contact us immediately
- We will attempt to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee acceptance by authorities
- Changes may require a new application
- Additional fees may apply for resubmission
19. GENERAL PROVISIONS
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Azerbaijan Visa Ltd regarding the use of our Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified through:
- Email to your registered email address
- Prominent notice on our Website
- Update of the "Last Updated" date
Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, it shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
These Terms are written in English. Any translations provided are for convenience only. In the event of any conflict between the English version and a translated version, the English version shall prevail.
