Please note that: 1- UAE nationals do not require visas for Azerbaijan travel. 2- UAE travellers (with temporary visas for UAE) need an on-arrival visa for Azerbaijan. 3- UAE residents (overseas nationals) need to apply for a Visa to Azerbaijan for UAE residents before travelling to Azerbaijan. This single-entry visa allows a stay of up to 30 days and is valid for 90 days from the date of issuance. Depending on how fast you need the visa, there are three processing options available:

Standard eVisa (Processing time: 3-5 business days)

Ideal for travelers who are planning in advance and want a reliable, standard processing option.

Urgent eVisa (Processing time: 24 hours)

For those who need their visa quickly, but have at least a day before their trip.

Super Fast eVisa (Processing time: 3-5 hours)

2. Relax by the Caspian Sea

Yes, UAE citizens, who are overseas nationals are required to obtain an eVisa before travelling to Azerbaijan. The eVisa allows a stay of up to 30 days for purposes such as tourism or business. UAE nationals do not need visas for Azerbaijan. UAE temporary residents require an on-arrival Visa for Azerbaijan. 

An e-visa to the Republic of Azerbaijan is valid for 90 days, with 30 days of permission to stay in the country.

The processing time for a standard eVisa is 3-5 business days. If you need your visa faster, you can opt for Urgent processing (24 hours) or Super Fast processing (3-5 hours)

You will need the following:

  • Personal information, such as your full name, nationality, and travel details.
  • A valid email address to receive the eVisa.
  • A scanned copy of the bio-data page of your passport (valid for at least 6 months beyond your arrival date). 

An e-visa has a single-entry status. It is only valid for a one-time entry. As soon as a person leaves the state, he/she has to renew his/her visa for entry into Azerbaijan.
